What's your return policy?


Merchandise may be returned for online store credit only (Suga Glitz E-Gift Card) within 15 days from the order date. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Suga Glitz E-Gift Card sent to your order’s email address. Please allow up to one two weeks (14 business days) for your return to be processed. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return.




Can I edit my recently placed order?


Orders cannot be modified, changed, or canceled after checkout!




How long does shipping take?


Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped. Please expect shipping delays during the Holiday season. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping, and your order may take longer than usual to ship. Please refer to our SHIPPING FAQs for additional information.




How much does shipping cost?


Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $5.75. Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska is $8.95. Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order. All other countries will ship via UPS and will vary in rates. **$5.75 Shipping for orders under $75 **Free Shipping on US orders over $75 (Subtotal amount ~ before shipping, taxes, and after applied discounts)




Do you ship internationally?


Yes! Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order. All other countries will ship via UPS and will vary in rates. Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. We are currently unable to ship UPS or USPS International Orders to a P.O. Box. Please refer to USPS international service disruptions here. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We cannot advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.




What if I put the wrong address on my order?


It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us here as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.




Does it cost money to return merchandise?


Yes, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return.




What size do I order?


We know that every woman has her own unique shape, which means there is no foolproof way to find the perfect size when shopping online. We provide a general sizing chart for each item, product description.




What payment options do you accept?

Do you offer gift cards?


Of course, we do! Shop our Suga Glitz E-gift Card options here. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient. Just remember, Suga Glitz E-gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

  • All monogrammed, vinyl or graphic tee orders are customized and made to order. These orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process and be ready for shipment, no matter which shipping method is chosen.

  • Please note: During high peak seasons, this may take longer due to high order volume.
     

USPS Guarantees

  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
